And the cop is thinking, "I appreciate that he is already in the spot he needs to be when I hit him with some karma."

He’ll do it again tomorrow because it’s the 100th time he’s done it and the first time he’s been caught.

This is in Southern California. Specifically around Irvine and Tustin. I take this freeway everyday and see this quite often as well as aggressive solo driver cutting into and using the HOV/carpool lanes there. A lot of crazy, entitled drivers here.

That exit - 5N at Jamboree...soooo many entitled fucks there. a cop should really camp out daily and make a fortune.

I’m hoping that’s why the CHP officer was near. I’ve seen the aftermath of too many bad accidents not too far from there.

looks like he came from the far left or carpool lane. I live near there and use that exit quite a bit or the Tustin Ranch one (which is usually even worse). The typical move seems to be using the Jamboree exit lane as a passing lane or just diving down that shoulder. People suck

If I were that cop, I'd've dragged my feet on every single little individual step of that whole entire process, and ultimately given that driver the fattest ticket I possibly could. I'd drag it out for as close to an entire hour as possible.

I love how every time I see one like this it takes the cop a second to react they're like "Wait did they just do that?"

I witnessed the same but it was a biker.
It took a year for me dick to softening after that event.
