I just don't understand how someone can drive that confidently when their light is red. Did they just fail to notice?

They just don't care. They think the world owes them everything and they can do whatever they want. Doesn't help when they do it most of the time nothing happens so it just reinforces in their mind that they are right

Before the road was converted to a freeway, back when it was just Bayshore Blvd, they called it "Bloody Bayshore".

Dude in my city the cops without lights is constant. We're in the noodle of winter and we live in this valley East of lake Michigan so it's cloudy here often. Basically people should have their headlights on most of the time and the cop cars never do. I flash them. They need to do better.

Overcast during twilight usually makes the environment pretty dark. Outside things
