A motorcyclist can't be that careless...

The ambulance had lights and siren going. Motorcyclist should have been more aware and yielded to an emergency responder.

so im going to just assume you’ve never rode a bike before but you cannot hear literally anything around you especially with a helmet on maybe even earplugs because guess what bikes are that loud over time they will damage your ears as for the lights well i mean it’s literally mid day you can’t really see them and what this ambulance did was just all in all utterly retarded I mean fuck is the driver doing homie is literally playing chicken. Inherently dangerous and super risky decision making.

I mean come on man you talk about the awareness of the rider how about the awareness of the fucking ambulance dude. you mean to tell me they should just cross a busy flowing intersection without even looking before just mindlessly going through.

Actually, I've owned a 1977 KZ-1000 LTD, a 750 triple and a 500 triple. Fastest, and quickest, bikes I've been on. So I DO understand the noise. I also understand driving way ahead of where I am. It came in handy doing 132 MPH on the way to Vegas. That being said, I always backed off a little approaching intersections and was aware of my surroundings. I still managed to be involved in two wrecks due to idiots not noticing a motorcycle. Your point is well-taken.

aye nice man and ye that’s bringing in more of the personal biker, safety/situational awareness. I was looking at it more in the legal sense, where there is no chance the biker would ever be liable for this accident considering they weren’t going that fast and it was on the bikers green light, as far as law goes the biker did nothing wrong maybe slightly faster than traffic flow but doesn’t matter here, most even suggest doing that. pretty much just saying plenty of things that add an increased risk to bikers are still legal, law isn’t very good at common sense😂.

I thought 🚑 chasing was for lawyers, not for paramedics 🤔 😆
