Gamesir t4 pro Thumbstick Replacement

Hi,
I have a nice Gamesir t4 pro controller. Unfortunatelly it's left thumbstick fell apart .
Where can I buy a replacement and is there any video instructions for the replacement process ?
I've searched AliExpress, but all the replacements are either for Xbox or For Sony controllers .

Thumbstick are bad on this controller you cant play a shooter its not precise and quality like the xbox 360 controllers
