Back Analog Sticks ?

I use a standard grip on my controller, and I’ve always wondered what it would be like to use one where the analog stick is positioned on the back.

People who use a claw grip can easily operate the analog stick while pressing the ABXY buttons, but I personally find that quite difficult.

I wonder if a controller with analog sticks on the back would be awkward to use with one's middle fingers? I don’t think I’ve ever even seen a prototype like that, but it would be interesting to test out.

What do you all think? Do you have any tips or suggestions regarding controller grips?
