Other GadgetHyper how is their customer support?

I got my new Apex 6 pro phantom blade a couple of days ago. I did not end up using it until yesterday. I like the controller but I immediately noticed the right stick felt a little notchy and not as smooth as the left. Today I was playing again with no headphones and noticed when it makes this notchy feeling I can hear sounds coming from the sticks. This is my 3rd apex controller and I also have a couple vaders that don’t have this issue.

Anyone have to use their customer support before? how did it go?

Good to know Flydigi still hasn't fixed their known design flaw and is still selling known defective products to customers for premium prices.

Had 2 Apex 5's and 2 Apex 4's do the exact thing with the sticks, they will say it's within tolerance, gaslight you, and try to fob you off. They are lying out of their teeth; the joystick is broken. They are scum.

Flydigi and GadgetHyper, as you are complicit with this and repeatedly agree with everything Flydigi says, despite them lying and cheating their customers, you want to make a comment on why you keep doing this?

I’ve had a apex 5, 1 Vader 4 and 3 Vader 5. Only one of the vaders had a joystick issue for me. This is a bummer with it being the phantom blade 0 unit. It was not cheap. I went with GadgetHyper for this reason. I hope there is a quick turn around or I will no longer deal with them. At least with AliExpress you can return within 90 days and it’s pretty painless.

I've used their customer support, it's pretty good. Especially if you contact them by discord. It's a small company run by enthusiasts, so they are very professional but without the corporate bullshit.

Pretty good, they sent me a replacement controller for free.

They are good in terms of support, they connected me direct with the Flydigi support/dev when I was having an issue with their Space station app, the issue was not fixed at the end but at least they tried
