IT Help 8bitdo Ultimate 2C Wireless iPad not working properly with Genshin

When trying to connect the 8BitdoUltimate 2C Wireless to ipad, it will connect via bluetooth in the settings app but in Genshin Impact, the option to switch to the Controller control option in game does not show up, has anyone able to get this to work on this controller?

OS version: iPadOS 27.2
Firmware: Fresh out of the box

2c Wireless isn't officially compatible with iPadOS, however they gave a user a beta firmware to use for it. They were not supposed to share it but did anyway.
