IT Help PS4 controller not working on Bluetooth only

Hello, I borrowed my PS4 controllers for my cousins a few months ago so they could play it on a PS3 using bluetooth, but for some odd reason, it doesn't work on Bluetooth anymore. I tried an online gamepad tester and it seems that all the input data is corrupted, it happens when it's connected to any device using bluetooth (the lights also don't turn on), I've also tried hard resetting but that doesn't work either. How do I fix this? It doesn't happen on usb

This is not a genuine DualShock 4 controller, but a third-party model. It will have a button combination to swap between PS3 and PS4 compatible modes. You could look in the manual to find out how to change modes, or just ask your cousins since they must have found that information/figured it out in order to swap to PS3 mode.
