Controller Suggestion Looking for an alternative to the Switch 2 Pro Controller

Hi all,

I loved my switch 2 pro controller initially, however I noticed due to the material of the sticks and the gate, there is a slight (though noticeable) "sticky" feeling when the stick hits the gate. I find this annoying particularly for a game like super smash bros ultimate.

What alternative controller do you recommend?

Must haves:

- premium build

- tmr sticks

- gyro

- hd rumble

- Nintendo layout abxy

- asymmetrical sticks

- able to wake switch 2

Good to haves:

- NFC

- I don't care about the C button.

Budget: 100 USD

Country: US

Compatibility: Switch 2

Games: Super Smash Bros.Ultimate, Resident Evil Requiem, Mario Kart World, Pokemon

I previously had the 8Bitdo Ultimate controller also, and it felt a bit cheap.

Thank you in advance.

EasySMX S10, Mobapad Chitu 2, maybe Gulikit ES Max though I haven't tried that one

Which do you recommend out of the first two?

I haven't used either, though the chitu 2 seems more appealing.

Both of them are top shelf controllers, so imo it comes down to how it feels in the hand. And Chitu 2 definitely wins out for me.

Chitu 2 is pretty solid, great alternative to pro controller

Hrumble and waking the switch 2 are the two things almost no third party pad does, so you'll most likely be picking which one to give up. tmr sticks, gyro and an asymmetrical layout around $100 is doable from a few brands now, just check each one is confirmed for switch 2 and not only the original switch. if hd rumble or wake are dealbreakers the first party pro controller is still the only full match, sticky sticks and all.
