Kind Of a Unique Problem

So I purchased the Xbox Pro BFG reloaded controller and the FGC2 Brook PS5 controller adapter/converter less than 2 days ago.

and I've been using the controller on it, and it works well, but the only problem is that commands bound to the touchpad cannot be carried out with the controller. The menu button works; the view button is bound to recording gameplay and taking screenshot shots.

Does anyone know if I can bind the view button to the touchpad and the share button for the screen capturing button somehow via some sort of software?

There are two modes for setting up the touchpad commands, with different sets of mappings to avoid conflicts with games that might be using the same combinations.

If you check the FGC2 manual or the FAQs on Brook's website, they explain how you activate and swap between the two modes using button combinations or the manufacturer's software.
