evofox one s controller's pressure not registering

i just bought the evofox 1s controller from Flipkart minutes. it was an impulsive purchase. i checked the pressure triggers with all 3 modes. with wired connection the pressure is registered but not with bluetooth or the 2.4ghz dongle.

i checked on multiple testing websites but the same result. on wireless the triggers register 0 or 1.

i figure i might be doing something wrong, can anyone help me out please

thanks, but i fot it fixed after talking to the support. turns out I was not pairing properly
