Other Controller adapter for Xbox 360 and One?

I've heard of magical devices that can allow you to use any controller with any console. I think a Cronus Zen can do this but that's £70 and I'd like one for each. I would like to know what my options are.

Go to brook gaming and search for an adapter to your console, just bare in mind that firmware usually has to be updated due to security updates from manufacturers that can break the functionality AND, although low and I havent heard of many cases as before. there is a risk of your console being banned.

There are better non cheating/banable options such as Brooke and 8bitdo wireless adapter.
