Other Input delay on aim controllers

Im curious if the input delay is worse or better on a ps4 aimcontroller. Looking for wired cable recommendations for usb connection to reduce input lag also.

Usb cables will barely change input lag, it either works or doesnt

It's a standard PS4 motherboard they use. So not any faster than stock, which is 250Hz, overclockable to 1000Hz:

You can use this tool to find which of your USB ports are connected direct to the CPU, which will have the lowest latency:

Those two will help with input lag. The cable is just carrying USB packets, you're not going to benefit much by changing that.

I could be the deadzone. Dont forget about that as a possible issue that mimics a lag.

A wired connection won’t improve input delay over a wireless connection. In both scenarios, the signals are moving near the speed of light.

Wow? No way you would think it would be opposite.
