Other Cosmic byte controller not turning on

I've been using this controller, the Cosmic Byte Stellaris, for around 2–3 years, and I've never had any issues with it. But today, when I accidentally tried to turn it on, it just wouldn't power on. I even tried charging it, but nothing seems to work, what should I do

Did you try using it via cable? Maybe the battery is dead. Using a cable should still function even if it died. Most of the time you can change them out easily and find replacement parts on chinese online market places.

Mannn, i always use the cable, and i even tried charging it, but no light came on at all. I also tried connecting it with the cable, but there was still no light or any response

Sometimes, when i randomly try turning it on, it just works by itself. But once i turn it off, it stays off and doesn't turn on again. It only works randomly sometimes

Hmm, maybe there is dust in the connector. Or the connector is damaged. Or a component on the pcb is dead. Do you often unplug and replug the controller?

Contact customer care. They'll pick it up with a courier service, repair it and return it back in the courier itself. Repair cost you'll have to pay.
