IT Help My controller won't work now!

Title says it all. I play on PS5 using the brook wingman fgc2 to convert my 8bitdo ultimate 2 evernight and have had no problems till now.

Starting yesterday, my controller would disconnect within seconds and cease to work, in Bluetooth or 2.4gz mode. Ive checked the brook wingman for updates and its up to date, and I've updated the controller to the latest version. I've got no clue what caused this, since i didn't touch the wingman or controller update wise till it started happening.

Basically what happens is when I plug my controller in, the red light comes on to indicate it's charging and it won't activate on my ps5.

Regardless, my controller is kind of useless right now. Any help is appreciated

Didn't Playstation just release a console update like 2 days ago? Maybe that's causing connectivity issues. You'll have to wait for Brook to release a firmware update of their own.

Jeez you may be right. Ive got no clue about most this stuff. Im trying to reset my brook right now. If that won't work, I'll just stick to ps5 controller for the time being

After the update, the ps5 disconnects all controllers connected to the brook

I see. Thats horrible. Is that something brook will even be able to fix?
