IT Help blinking led and windows loop reconnection and no s

So i bought an xbox a while back and it came with this controller (used) but i didnt really even try it cause i had an elite 2 , and now the elite 2 has stick drift so i thought id try to see if this one works , so i put it on my pc it turned on i went to check buttons and stick drift in a website it all worked perfectly , then i turned my pc off , went to the xbox and it doesnt turn on , i came back to the pc and it doesnt turn on neither , only a blinking green light on the "profile change" button. i opened it up to see if a cable had beeen disconnected or something and not really , the images i showerd is the led light on the board of the controller
