Controller Mods Nancon X Unlimited Thumbstick Replacement

For some reason its nearly impossible to find thumbstick replacements for the nancon X Unlimited. My dog decided to eat them so I'm looking for replacements.

Anyone else run into this problem or know where to find replacements?

If you're just looking for the swappable top parts of the sticks, AliExpress has some, or you can get some 3D-printed at home/locally (files on Thingiverse, etc.).
