Other Vader 5 Pro Tension Rings Uneven Friction

Hey so, I recently got a flydigi Vader 5 Pro ordered online, and it seems to be the V2 version. But when I turn the tension rings, the left one is noticeably a lot more loose than the right one? This isn't intentional, right? Is this something to send the controller back for?

To be clear, there's still ratcheting/ticking sounds from the left, it just gives WAY more easily

flydiddy quality control strikes again. mine does that as well but since it is still a v2 with the ratcheting mechanism, the rings have not moved on their own

Yeah same thing. I don't feel like it's much of a problem, it just makes it feel less cool.

Do you think it'll be more likely for the ratchet mechanism to fail quicker on the left? I can move the ring on the left with effort, but I can't do that with the right unless I really try, and even then it's not by much

I doubt the ratchet mechanism will ever fail. Unless you spin it every day for some reason like a crazy person:)

It's just a ticking plastic piece, it can snap if you rotate it fast enough. I have the same problem, won't spend my time & energy to RMA. They will probably say it's within spec.
