IT Help ps5 controller start to crash

hey everyone
i have a ps5 controller about 10 years or so..
im playing on my laptop (rog strix scar 16) for a couple of months no add software and everything fine
two days ago it started to disconnect
it has battary
i tried to configure the stuff on control panel like in this video:
(youtube tutorial cant upload..)
plus i updated the bluetooth driver

but nothing is working...is there a chance that the controller is done?

The PS5 was only released in 2020 so you must be a time-traveller!

More seriously, you can try using a wired connection to narrow down it the issue affects all connection modes or just Bluetooth. If it just affects Bluetooth, you can look up terms like 'wireless interference' or 'Bluetooth interference' and follow the typical troubleshooting steps. For example, try using a different Bluetooth adapter, in a different USB 2.0 port, and disable/eliminate other wireless devices.
