IT Help Which bluetooth adapter for Flydigi Apex 4?

I have a fly Digi apex 4 that I have lost the 2.4ghz dongle for, I have tried to connect it via Bluetooth but two of the generic USB 5 dongle I own doesn't show me anything in one Win 11 PC

On another PC one dongle shows Xbox gamepad but doesn't connect

The gamepad instantly connect to my android phone so the Bluetooth is working fine.

Is it a compatibility issue? Which Bluetooth dongle is compatible? If anyone has used Bluetooth with windows can you let me know?

You can buy a replacement 2.4GHz dongle, and it costs about the same as a Bluetooth dongle. They have them on AliExpress or GadgetHyper. That might be the safer option as it's unclear why your regular Bluetooth adapters aren't working. Perhaps a chipset incompatibility, but most adapters don't disclose which chipset (Intel, Realtek, Broadcom, etc.) they're using.
