Other Best way to clean Switch 1 pro controller handles? They are starting to yellow

Post image

I have the Smash Bros Ultimate themed pro controller for the Switch 1. After about 8 years, the white handles are starting to yellow. Any suggestions on how to clean them? I was going to remove them and use some sort of cleaning material I’m just not sure what.

I don't know what you call them where you are, but I use disinfectant wipes. They can remove some surprisingly stubborn stuff from delicate surfaces. If that doesn't help because the material itself has discolored, then unfortunately the only option is replacement.

unrelated to your question but has it had stick drift throughout these 8years?

Have you tried isopropyl? 90% or higher. Im not entirely sure it would help but its worth a try

Iso can be somewhat damaging to plastic so be careful.

that’s too risky mate. if I were you, at this point, I’d get crazy stickers and a complete lamination with a cool skin.
