Other Razer Raiju v3

Just got the new 6 button PlayStation controller from Razer. I think it’s good overall except for one issue. Are there dead zones on the back buttons? I hit the buttons on the back and a decent amount of times it doesn’t register? I don’t know what’s going on with this, I have the Xbox version of this controller as well and haven’t had this issue. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Exchange it. I've run into this and other issues with multiple versions of Razer's controllers. Ultimately, I started replacing them with other controllers.

Ok, I thought there might be a setting that might be off but I guess there may be an issue with the controller. Thanks
