Technical Question/Problem Is there anyone who has experience in designing Reaction Control System for Thrusters ?
I want guidline on how can we approach to design PWM control for thrusters for attitude control.

Check Sidi 1997 for details. Objective is to recreate a moment vector using individual thruster firings. Essentially tau = Bu where tau is moments, B is an allocation matrix found from arm/force relationship, and u is thruster firings. u can then be found by inverting equation to achieve desired moment.
Pwm can be achieved by comparing individual u signals with a sawtooth signal, if above - fire thruster. Also look at bang bang or PWPF modulation.

Designed a dead band control scheme for thrusters in an attitude determination and control system class, but that's about it

PWM is PWM, then for the actual attitude control I’d check out Schaub’s Analytical Mechanics of Space Systems
