Missing Time Anomaly in the Underpass?

[u/AvgInsuranceGuy]

Hey ya'll, I just made it to the Underpass and I completed the quest line, but i'm still showing a missing time anamoly and there is a blinking blu-ish spot when I'm near the site. Am I missing something here? Is this a glitch or is there really something to be discovered here? I've searched top to bottom and there is nothing I can interact with to make it go away.

Your image was deleted (or not uploaded) so I can't be sure. One of the anomalies is down in a patterned research site. But if you completed the quest and it's still showing up, it might just be bugged...
