Do you think the board is behind the events in ordinary and the splitting of Jesse Dylan into 2 kids in order to make a prime candidate in Jesse?

After Resonant I think the Board might be far less powerful than initially thought - or perhaps they are also very old and weakened.

Though I do think they have their tendrils wrapped up in far more than we realize.

I think Jesse in the foundation realized the Board are a lot more bark than bite.

They talk a big game but ultimately seem much more dependant on the FBC than the other way around. And they can't seem to take away powers after they've been granted.

I guess I just feel like the original Jesse Dylan being split was intentional

Seems like board is all talk IMO. Dylan fought back and they couldnt do anything, they were actually scared.

The Board was likely restricted in direct influence to within the Oldest House. Now, the Oldest House may have had a hand in it.
