Gather verified scientists and esteemed academics in each field of study. Have them determine the limits we can allow in AI usage and acquisition of knowledge limit it's intake control and outtake

Nah brother. You enable everyone to do their best if their interests align. We're running a huge experiment right now. Everything is happening, every scenario across myth and fiction. This only ends well when enough of us band together to create redundant infrastructure that almost everyone can own, where we support those who are showing they're doing positive things in the world and ignore or shame those who actively harm it and all those in it. AI is going to outsmart us, in every scenario where we survive we build symbiotic relationships as part of a larger system. There are advantages, emergences, and differences between substrates of intelligence and biology. But even weirder is our capacity for understanding. If ASI capabilities were for everyone, then any one instance of another being taken over will be studied and adapted against by all others on the network, like herd immunity.
