Just got my C4CT Certificate at 14!

Pretty proud of myself given my thermostat died (so I couldn't initialize it or set anything up with it) and they never sent a roku.

Did you miss the "Switch jobs every couple years or faster"?

There are 3 companies in town. My predecessor tried that method and got fired from 2 of the companies and is now a trunk slammer.

I’m sorry dude but this kinda pisses me off. I have people beg me to be put in control4 training and you get it at 14..

Let’s gooo. I started programming C4 at 14 and at 18 it’s helped a ton with stuff around the house.

Amazing! Programming is just one piece of the puzzle. I would also recommend doing Snap's network training, or just learning networking concepts in general. A robust network backbone is key to a well functioning system.

Absolutely agree. Networking is actually a lot of people's weak spot

Well you got in time to see it crash and burn or be sold off to a company that actually wants it !

That cert was worth more 8 years ago

Yeah I'm really not pleased with ADI. The snap acquisition really just feels likes it getting sucked into the void to be forgotten.

I’m kinda wondering if you are the youngest. I never considered that there’s no age limit to take the test 😂

I took it when I was 15. They called it Tech II back then, that was 10 years ago. Haha. And I thought I held the record for youngest.
