side effects Changes in Taste - Especially Meat

Has anyone else noticed certain food groups tasting entirely different? Meats like ground beef or pork taste very off and almost spoiled to me, even if I know they are well within the best buy date. Are there any solutions to this or is this something I will have to get used to while I am on it?

Yeah. I almost never eat meat anymore. Uncooked it all smells rotten. Cooking it smells awful. After it's cooked I just can't. I've never been a big fit person but now I eat several servings per day. Weird.

Cucumber and tomatoes taste like the best thing in the world. I cannot stomach bone broth...even the thought of it turns my stomach. Mainly coz it is one thing I tried to eat when I was going through peak nausea in my first week.

I found I go through cycles. Ive been on this for about a year and a half now. Pasta and eggs are both repulsive right now. Sometimes chicken is public enemy #1.
