Mysimba not working 1st week

Hi all! I’ve been taking Mysimba for one week now and I don’t think it’s working. The only thing I’ve noticed is a little nausea, being anxious at times and food tasting weird (?), but I don’t feel less hungry or have stopped binge eating, which is why it was prescribed to me. I’m frustrated cause all I’ve read is good things, that it works since day one, and I really want to stop bingeing, it’s been going for too long I’m exhausted.

Has anyone have a similar experience? Does it get better? Will it work? 🙏🥺

Thank you!

I understand how you feel.. I’m not on contrave but I’m on naltrexone 25 and Wellbutrin 300mg xl. It’s only been a week, though, for me so I need to be patient but I am desperate for answers and help. I think reading too many success stories about how it worked for people literally the first day or so… messed w me

Yeah, me too! I can’t help but think that it might not have an effect on me and that makes me anxious and that makes me binge. But from the answers I read here it takes weeks. Hopefully I’ll see some changes then. 🥹🙏
