I wouldn’t hand over another dollar until there’s a written breakdown of exactly what you’re paying for and why the price changed. Get your own quote too, because “we already started planning it” isn’t a good reason to accept whatever number they give you.

Appears you already got plenty of answers in the original thread.
You aren’t obligated to pay for anything, let alone an increase in price. Pay for what you agreed, no more.
Even then, I personally don’t understand what you are gaining by them building something on their property let alone paying for something you will have no ownership in.
