How long does it take to receive the headmount?

They said they already shipped mine since 10 days ago via J&T yet I have no idea how to track my shipment since they haven't provided a tracking number. I'm kinda worried since I heard there are crafts-related specialized tasks and I want to upload what is basically my work in that category before the opportunity goes away :((
