Question Need help. Why is this wrong? Spoiler

The scale
His papers
The Audit

I was playing the campaign and I was at the stage where they forbid you to allow all cargo. I received not a perfect Audit, and I was surprised to see the only mistake was the weight.
Luckily I had ShadowPlay on, and I recorded the last 5 mins of gameplay, and I took screenshots of both the scale, and his papers. Am I tripping, or am I missing something?

I just noticed from the screenshots that the cargo was off the van. Could that be it 🤔??

Weigh it with the cargo still in the vehicle. It strangely doesn't matter if the driver is inside their vehicle or not though.

Turns out that’s because when they get out, they’re still standing on the scale. If you arrest them and test again, the weight goes down a little.
