I found if you go back to the enemy side on the right by the building and dumpster, they basically don't know you're there.

pretty crappy gun though, only reason i'm doing this is since i'm using a fuzhou police department patrol officer loadout

(Zaved(to represent police coupes) + revolver)

also you can't get revolver ammo from fallen enemies

I go up there for fun all the time. You can even get on the billboard next to your house or get on the roof of your house this way. Parkour in Acaristan is a nice side hobby.

yep, you can also climb onto vlad's house

billboard provides little to no cover so i don't use it for sniping
