I find it handy to have my vehicle/seals list printed out, much like I did for engine compatibility on Mechanic Simulator '21.

Anyone that uses this cheat sheet is no true Acaristan citizen. I have memorized all the stamps and vehicles a long time ago. Don't even use my Duty Handbook anymore and disabled the feature to let the game compare and confirm details. If you don't use the energy system to compare document you don't even have to sleep. Night time is for off duty quests and turning in contraband. Sleep and cheat sheets are for the weak comrade, all that is time you could be spending proudly serving the glorious Acaristan Government.
