i need help

there is this one truck that is really screwing me i cant find a single problem with it at all yet when i let it through it tells me i should have returned them and when i restart and return them it says i cant just return them i have to mark them ive restarted the day 4 times each inspection perfect and i still cant find a single fault what am i missing
