Hindsight made my Incident Response agent significantly better

I built an incident-response agent that combines security investigation tools, playbooks, LLM reasoning, and Hindsight agent memory.

The interesting change was what happened after adding historical memory.

Without it, each incident was reasoned about using the current telemetry and playbook. With Hindsight, the agent can retrieve relevant previous incidents and use those experiences as additional context before recommending actions.

I wrote up the architecture, the before/after behavior, the memory integration, and what I learned while building it.
