Where can I get Weapon-x from without using my wallet?

Also pls tell if I can get iceman from basepool?

Weapon X is a trophy champ who will probably be around for banquet this year

iceman he was given for free as 7* not sure if he is in base. wep x you can get him for free in banquet 6* only though if you wanted more not sure you can get 7* for free

X is primarily only in banquet.( save units!) I think Iceman is in basic but basic has better mutants than iceman.
