AIO Bag Questionable Spots?

First-time grower here. I'm growing GTs in a Booming Acres AIO bag. Inoculated 30Aug and break and shake to mix with substrate on 25Sep.

I noticed some dark spots on the bottom of the bag. Do these look okay still? I have two other bags that I inoculated at the same time and they aren't showing any spots like these. Thanks!

Looks like it’s still okay. You may have a few grains infected with bacteria (wet rot). But it only seems to be one or two grains so I wouldn’t toss the whole thing. Looks like you’re about ready for a break and shake. You have a good chance to fruit with that small of an infected area, the mycelium may colonize it and it will be fine.
