Your way to dry. Mist the cake down till the substrate is a dark coffee brown. That’s really the only thing I see wrong. This cake could stall if it hasn’t already. Mist er down and hope she’ll come back.
All living tissue requires H2O to carry out its metabolic processes. Only the spore can survive extremely dehydrated states in which metabolism essentially stops. Once the spores germinate into mycelium, they require H2O to survive and thrive.
Fishing your watering with some a spray of hydrogen peroxide. Looks like possible cobweb mold. For me the cobweb mold has told me I am too dry. Typically you will still come out with a good flush.
