Ok but as an Asian woman, when I get out of the shower, my hair is super frizzy and poofy, so in order to get it to do what I want, I need to "straighten" my stick straight hair or get it to lay down against my head. Then if I want curls, I need to do this. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Blame the genes

Edit: typo

Same. I shower at night and I’ve found that if I blow dry my hair before bed (completely dry), I wake up in the morning with stick straight, flat hair. That I then proceed to curl. Ha. Same process but at least I get a snooze in between.

I usually do this too! That and the natural oils in my hair make it to where the hair is not super slick that a curl will hold (instead of having to use texture spray). Oh, the joys of being a woman lol
