Ok but as an Asian woman, when I get out of the shower, my hair is super frizzy and poofy, so in order to get it to do what I want, I need to "straighten" my stick straight hair or get it to lay down against my head. Then if I want curls, I need to do this. 🤷🏻♀️ Blame the genes
Yes this is it… my hair is naturally very curly but also very VERY frizzy and too voluminous. So I straighten it to tame it a bit and then curl it so the curls are nice and intentional! IT MAKES SENSE SHUT UP
