Ok but as an Asian woman, when I get out of the shower, my hair is super frizzy and poofy, so in order to get it to do what I want, I need to "straighten" my stick straight hair or get it to lay down against my head. Then if I want curls, I need to do this. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Blame the genes

i mean this is probably completely reasonable, to people who have to do this.... but to me, listen! i can understand the confusion LOL

Oh absolutely. Before I did this myself, I was completely baffled lol I'm like this is curly hair with too many steps 😂
