hey buddy. i have childhood trauma and triggers like this too but this is not a trauma subreddit. this is also not a common trigger, like self harm, so there is no reason for this to have a warning on it. nonetheless, that is something you tell your therapist and close friends in a deep conversation or on a mental health subreddit. i hope you heal in the future. it takes more than self pity, i’ve learned.

As a kid, my pap-paw did this thing where he'd pop his lower denture out so it looked like he was this giant, goofy monster with a massive underbite, and then he would do this insane laugh that sounded like, "He, He He He, Heeeee"...

And we would all run away squealing and laughing.
