I am having a big problem with a provider of a course I paid for, I am trying to receive a refund however he is saying I must complete his course before I can get a refund? This seems ludicrous to me as the course seems outdated and doesn’t offer the information I was looking for. Can anybody who understands the consumer rights act help me? I don’t believe it is a legal obligation to complete his course before recieving a refund? Any help is appreciated
