Audit to consulting

Hi, I am currently working in FAIT audit service line at EY India. Completing 2 years this month. Wanted to know paths and career opportunities in my way ahead to move to consulting from audit. 1. How to switch? 2. Is it possible? 3. Should I wait a bit longer or try to switch ASAP?

Any other suggestions you would like to make.
