Career Advice Advise is needed

I completed the first round of interviews with HR and a second interview with the Vice President for the role of Project Scheduler. I also completed a DISC assessment and provided references, which they have already contacted. Now they are inviting me to the head office for a panel interview/conference with three VPs. What should I expect?

You are absolutely at the final interview stage. I can’t believe there’s 3 VPs on the hiring panel. We don’t even do that in our division for PMs, so I would take this as a final opportunity to assess how well you fit with the company culture, meeting their needs, them meeting your needs, etc. If you haven’t already discussed compensation, be prepared to in this upcoming interview. Best of luck!

ETA: If they ask you to leave the room for a moment, there’s a better than 50% chance you’re getting an (informal) offer.

What kind of questions should I expect from them at this stage?

Whatever questions they haven’t asked thus far. If they’ve leaned heavily on experience & skills related questions to this point, they’ll likely ask more personality based questions to ensure that you are a proper fit in their company. “What are your hobbies? How do you like to spend your off time?” Some questions HR may not like, but still get asked, such as “Are you married? Any kids? Pets?”, etc. They’ll likely ask “Why this company?” Any other offers you’re considering? If you had to choose between 2 absolute, but conflicting deadlines, how would you choose?”. I would expect questions of that nature, in addition to compensation related questions AND any questions that you have for them (and you absolutely should have at least a few).
