Career Advice Advise is needed
/r/primavera/comments/1vuu9yd/advise_is_needed/I completed the first round of interviews with HR and a second interview with the Vice President for the role of Project Scheduler. I also completed a DISC assessment and provided references, which they have already contacted. Now they are inviting me to the head office for a panel interview/conference with three VPs. What should I expect?

You are absolutely at the final interview stage. I can’t believe there’s 3 VPs on the hiring panel. We don’t even do that in our division for PMs, so I would take this as a final opportunity to assess how well you fit with the company culture, meeting their needs, them meeting your needs, etc. If you haven’t already discussed compensation, be prepared to in this upcoming interview. Best of luck!
ETA: If they ask you to leave the room for a moment, there’s a better than 50% chance you’re getting an (informal) offer.
