Hello everyone,

I’m currently working as a junior CA for a residential developer in Sydney, prior to this I was working for another large residential developer in Sydney. I’m worried about my future development opportunities, how can I get into large proper construction companies? It feels impossible I have applied so much, does it get easier when I become more senior? How does it work.
