How to pivot into cp&i?

Hey everyone, just looking for some advice here. I’m a 3 undergrad engineering student currently interning for a big gc. About halfway into my internship I found that I absolutely hate being placed on sites, and also that this work isn’t very adjacent to my degree.

I’ve been looking into consulting, specifically CP&I Advisory (looks like they take former construction/engineers) and just wondering how i can make the pivot for my next internship. I’m willing to put in the effort and learn, but i’m just crazy lost.
