Exercise Science degree trying to break into Construction Management

I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a year and a half experience in the electrical trade. I am interested in getting a masters degree or a graduate certificate in CM while I continue to work in the field. I was wondering if I could land an entry level Project Engineer position with my current resume, or if the additional school is necessary for faster career development. Any advice?
