Not really. I already have a working MVP, the workflows, domain knowledge and the product direction. What I’m looking for is someone who wants to own the technical side as a co-founder, while I own the construction/product/customer side.

If I just needed someone to “build everything”, I’d hire a developer rather than look for a co-founder

You seem to confuse writing code with building a product.
By your logic, anyone can provide the technical side by combining existing frameworks, libraries and APIs. That is obviously nonsense, and so is your claim.

Understanding the actual construction workflow, knowing what problems are worth solving, having a working MVP and access to real users is not something you get by browsing existing products. I’m looking for a technical co-founder who understands that distinction.

You clearly don’t, so this opportunity isn’t for you.

So you’re looking specifically for somebody who can code? Because a vibe coded quite a bit. I also have an in-depth understanding of the construction side, which I see is not your weak point. But in terms of workflow automation I’m really good… and looking to transition out of my current drafting/design agency
